We apply the greatest respect to classic Belgian cuisine in all our dishes. Accompanying our fixed menu are our suggestions, which are always imaginative and sometimes with a Spanish flair. A part of the world that continuously inspires us. We let the seasons and our producer’s creations guide us, we therefore change our suggestions every four weeks.
